Socoid provides an exclusive guarantee, which applies to orders for the company’s products and services that are not delivered within the agreed timeframe. We will provide a full refund of the initial purchase price only when it has been determined that the agreed timeframe was breached due to inaction or errors on the part of the company. Our guarantee is rendered null and void in instances where the company is unable to deliver within the agreed time frame due to circumstances beyond our control. Socoid also reserves the right to withdraw or refuse the money-back guarantee at any time and without notice.
At Socoid, we have a zero-tolerance policy for all types of fraudulent activities and the unethical use of our products. We, therefore, reserve the right to deny access to our services and to the Socoid website to anyone we believe may be conducting or attempting any kinds of illicit activities. We also reserve the right to withhold all monies and cancel all pending services ordered in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions set out by Socoid.
All instances of suspected fraud will be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities, and the individual(s) in question will be permanently excluded from the services provided by Socoid.
Our retention guarantee covers all products and services provided by Socoid for a period of 60 days. This means that during the first 60 days following fulfillment of your order, we will replace any lost followers, likes, views, and/or plays, etc., 100% free of charge.
However, our retention guarantee will be rendered null and void in the event of any action or activity that breaches the terms of service set out in this document.
Please contact the team at Socoid immediately if you detect the loss of any of the products provided within the first 60 days in order to organize prompt replacements.
At Socoid, we have no control or influence over the decisions made or actions taken by any of the social networks we provide promotional products and services for. Consequently, we accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the event of pages, profiles, or accounts being suspended or terminated for any reason.
The customer therefore acknowledges and understands that all services provided by Socoid are used entirely at their own risk. As the terms of service outlined by any social network could change at any time and without notice, we accept no liability or responsibility in the event of subsequent accounting issues resulting from the use of the services we provide.
The customer is strictly prohibited from making any alterations to their social accounts or specified content for the duration of the campaign with Socoid.
Any alterations made could render your profile, your content, or your account inaccessible, disrupting or preventing the services requested from being provided.
In the event that any data or account modification adversely affects the provision of our services, Socoid reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order and retain all outstanding monies. Our refund policy does not apply in cases where data modifications have in any way affected our capacity to deliver the services requested.
Please note that under no circumstances must any other marketing campaigns be run at the same time as your campaign with Socoid. While providing our services, we track and measure the performance of the products we provide to assure their quality and effectiveness. Any other campaigns running simultaneously could affect the accuracy of the metrics we track, making it impossible for us to assess the quality and effectiveness of our services.
If the customer runs any other marketing campaigns alongside their Socoid campaign, we reserve the right to claim credit for all subsequent benefits of the combined campaigns. Likewise, we accept no liability or responsibility for any negative effects that may occur due to multiple promotional strategies having been run at the same time.
